Sony PlayStation 4 Release Date to be in 2012 with Specs like Kinect
A few hours ago jumped into the fray, a rumor that PlayStation 4 would see the light by 2012 , beginning production late this year. DigiTimes reported that the machine will be manufactured by Pegatron and Foxconn, who assembled its predecessor.
The same sources also claimed that the console would have improvements in features and appearance and bring standard control system very similar to Kinect . This would obviously attract allegations of plagiarism in one form or another which have always been around the company.
But are there any real likelihood of PlayStation 4 releasing next year? Up to three times already, it has been rumored about new Microsoft Gaming Consoles. This information could suffer the same fate, especially when both companies have had enough to ensure that PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles are long term, perfectly able to join a full decade.
In addition to the appropriate hardware revision, PS4 should keep betting (for consistency) for Blu-Ray, which has proven performance and excellent storage capacity. True, that the format is not imposed on the finished DVD, but at least it survives as it may, we can not say about others such as HDDVD.
So, Believing in Rumour says that Sony Playstation 4 release date will be in year 2012 and production will start by this 2011 end.
